We tried a variety of drinks: Black Tea Latte with Pearl, Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea with Green Tea Jelly, Green Milk Tea with Pearl, Hojicha Latte, and Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea Latte with Green Tea Jelly. My favorite was the Hojicha Latte--rich and flavorful. We ordered all with less ice and 30% sugar, but they were still a little on the sweet side. The flavors were great, though, and the pearls and jelly added a nice texture to the drinks. However, the store is quite small, and finding parking was a bit of a hassle in the busy lot. It's a nice spot for quality bubble tea, but be prepared for a bit of a parking challenge!

I was so happy to try this boba shop as they have fresh almond jelly to add to your drink! We found parking right in front of the shop in the lot and an employee took my order but there was also an electronic kiosk available to order from too. Service was great! There is a bench area to wait for your drink but it is a small place and it's best for drinks to go. I got the Lychee Oolong Tea with almond jelly with 30% sweetness. It was very yummy and the almond jelly really took it to a heavenly level! Next time, I think 15% or 0% sweetness would be better to allow the oolong flavor to be more prominent.

I had no idea this place existed until It was recommended to me by a friend. I came around 7:30PM on a Saturday night and the shop was empty but the parking lot is quite tight. I'm not sure if this plaza ever gets busy but there is a chance you might have to find street parking and then take a short walk over. They have a self-serve kiosk that's easy to use so our experience was super quick and efficient. I noticed that they also have online ordering as well so that will be helpful if you want to give Chun Yang a shot but don't want to be stuck in the area waiting for too long. I got the Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea with the Jelly Noodle at 50% sweetness and I was thoroughly impressed. I was impressed with the overrall flavor, impressed with the texture of the jelly noodle, impressed with the cheap cost, and lastly impressed by how sweet the drink was even at 50% sweetness. I'd definitely come back here because I enjoyed my drink so much but I'd probably opt for 30% sweetness or less next time. Could definitely see myself adding Chun Yang to my drink rotation!

Saw this place while passing by so I decided to give it a try. Tried their Mango Mountain Tea and their Peach Smoothie. I enjoyed both. This place is located in a busy plaza so it was a bit difficult finding parking. I also visited this place during the weekend so there was a bit of a wait.
